If you receive a a faulty item, please email us at maureen@luckypennyhome.com. We only accept returns of faulty items. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring the items are suitably packaged, and in their original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the items and reject any exchange or refund where items have been tampered with or damaged. We will revert within 5 days of receipt of the item/s. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable due to 3rd party courier costs.

For full price items the return window is one month from delivery, for sale items it is 14 days.
