Dust fabric component gently with a dry cloth. Wire may be wiped with a damp cloth and dried immediately. We recommend the use of low energy bulbs with your lampshades. They use less energy and are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades and ceilings.

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, and delivered by courier (Courier Guy). Delivery usually takes 2-3 days, but may be longer to areas outside of major centres. Please note that during busy times, dispatch and delivery times may take longer than usual.

If you receive a a faulty item, please email us at maureen@luckypennyhome.com. We only accept returns of faulty items. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring the items are suitably packaged, and in their original condition and original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the items and reject any exchange or refund where items have been tampered with or damaged. We will revert within 5 days of receipt of the item/s. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable due to 3rd party courier costs.

For full price items the return window is one month from delivery, for sale items it is 14 days.
